"Niksen" is the Dutch art of doing... what? It's a word that appears in a Dire Straits song with a Sting cameo, and a minimalist electronics brand founded by Carl Pei.
It's also the answer to the classic riddle:
A rich man needs it, a poor man has it, if we eat it, we die. What is it?
